The method comprises the following steps: determining effective indexesof the smoke-blocking and heat-insulating effects of the water curtain and effective indexes of tunnel safety evacuation through theoretical analysis; determining the size of the tunnel model, a firescene and basic setting parameters of the water curtain according to the effective indexes of the water curtain smoke-blocking and heat-insulating effect and the effective indexes of tunnel safety evacuation; in the geometric model, numerical values of tunnel safety evacuation effective indexes before and after the water curtain is opened are obtained through numerical simulation, and according tothe numerical values of the tunnel safety evacuation effective indexes, water curtain smoke blocking and heat insulation effect effective indexes are calculated; with the water spraying intensity andthe momentum ratio in the effective indexes of the water curtain smoke-blocking and heat-insulating effect as variables, the influence of the water spraying intensity and the momentum ratio on the water curtain smoke-blocking and heat-insulating effect is simulated and analyzed; and establishing a water curtain smoke-blocking and heat-insulating effect evaluation system according to the analysisresult.
