The method of the invention is realized through the following technical solution: in an electromagnetic environment monitoring system formed by more than two electromagnetic environment monitoring platforms, collection modules carry out AD sampling and digital frequency conversion on analog signals which are of an electromagnetic radiation source target and are output by receiving modules; digital channelization pre-processing is carriedout in an FPGA to output base-band IQ data; frequency difference of reaching the two platforms by signals of the electromagnetic radiation source target is measured; searching geography space grid points are divided on the basis of a region where the electromagnetic radiation source is possibly located; a correlation degree of the electromagnetic radiation source at each possible grid point is calculated through frequency difference accumulation of multiple measurement; and a grid point corresponding to a maximum searching correlation degree value is used as an electromagnetic radiation source position for output, and high-precision positioning of an electromagnetic radiation source is realized.
