Abstract

The invention discloses a STATCOM and excitation robust coordination method based on two-parameter self-adaption, and the method comprises the steps: firstly building a four-order mathematic model ofan uncertain two-parameter and unknown-disturbance STATCOM and generator excitation coordination control system; designing a two-parameter adaptive estimation law for the uncertain parameters by adopting an immersion and invariant adaptive algorithm; and finally, deriving a generator excitation control law uf and a control law us of the STATCOM by combining the obtained two-parameter adaptive estimation law and a backstepping method, designing a robust coordination controller, constructing an energy function of disturbance input according to an L2 gain robust control method, and proving that the designed coordination control method can ensure that the system has robust suppression capacity through a dissipation theory, thereby achieving the excitation coordination control over the static synchronous compensator and the generator. According to the method disclosed by the invention, two parameters can be estimated at the same time in the aspect of parameter self-adaptation in the system,and the convergence rate and the estimation precision of parameter estimation are superior to those of a traditional backstepping method.
