Abstract

The invention discloses a contour error compensation method in numerical control processing, and belongs to the field of numerical control related technologies. The compensation method comprises the following steps that (1) a contour error value of a processing workpiece is obtained, the error compensation quantity of each shaft is calculated on the basis of the obtained contour error value, and further a workpiece error compensation table which comprises compensation point positions and corresponding compensation quantities in each feed shaft direction in the machine tool processing process is generated; and (2) a numerical control system calculates a compensated control instruction sequence on the basis of a processing G code before processing workpiece compensation and the workpiece error compensation table, and further the processing workpiece contour error is compensated dynamically in the interpolation process of processing control. The workpiece error compensation table corresponding to the processing workpiece contour is generated in a non-processing state, the contour error is compensated dynamically in the interpolation process of processing control based on the workpiece error compensation table, thus, the processing contour precision is improved, and the adaptability is higher.
