Abstract

In order to solve the problem of reactant concentration control of a chemical reaction system in a process industry, the present invention provides a continuous stirred reactor system control method based on a Hammerstein model. Using the Hammerstein model, a highly precise mathematical model for a continuous stirred reactor system is established; and applying a combined signal source, parametersof each serially connected model are estimated, thus designing a controller with a special structure of the model. The method firstly, according to input-output data of a separable signal, adopts a correlation analysis method to estimate parameters of a dynamic linear module in the model. Secondly, based on the input-output data of a random signal, parameters of a static nonlinear module in the model are estimated through a clustering method and a stochastic gradient method. Finally, using the special structure of the Hammerstein model, the problem of reactant concentration control of the continuous stirred reactor system is converted into a linear system control problem, thereby simplifying design of a control system and achieving a good control effect.
