The heat ventilation air conditioning monitoring platform basedon Internet of things comprises an equipment end, a cloud platform and remote monitoring equipment. The equipment end comprises multiple central air conditioners, corresponding in-situ monitoring systems and gateways. The cloud platform comprises the Internet and a remote server. The gateways are connected with the remote server through the Internet. The remote server is in communication connection with the remote monitoring equipment. The control method comprises the steps that the in-situ monitoring systems are connected to the Internet respectively through the corresponding gateways, connection with the remote server is established, and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses are allocated to the in-situ monitoring systems by the gateways; a request for being included into monitoring is sentto the remote server through the IP addresses by the remote monitoring equipment; and after commands are sent to the corresponding in-situ monitoring systems by the remote server, monitoring data collected are sent to the remote server by the in-situ monitoring systems, and the monitoring data are retrieved from the remote server by the remote monitoring equipment.
