Through the method disclosed by the invention, the temperature distribution of the high-temperature component can be synchronously, accurately and indirectly measured by combining the real-time computation result on the resistivity distribution of the ceramic-based composite material high-temperature component by the electric impedance imaging technology with the relation of the resistivity changed along with the temperature change.
