Abstract

The invention discloses a 05SAR-PAGE and a preparation method and an application thereof, and relates to a gel electrophoresis separation technology. The 05SAR-PAGE is a gel made from 0.05%w / v of sodium lauroyl sarcosine. The gel comprises a lower separating gel and an upper stacking gel that are same in the length and thickness. The height ratio of the lower separating gel to the upper stacking gel is 2:1-8:1. The 05SAR-PAGE of the invention overcomes defects that the SDS-PAGE can not analyze protein modification in a physiological state and the Native-PAGE can not be calibrated with proteinMarker and can not be directly used for analyzing acidic protein and basic protein. The 05SAR-PAGE has universality, simple operation and low cost and can be widely used for fundamental and applied researches in the fields such as molecular dynamics, enzymology and medicine, and brings extensive convenience to the scientific analysis of protein by the majority of experimental personnel.
