Abstract

The invention provides a test simulator of a conduit soil system. The test simulator comprises an external flow blocking module, a conduit simulation module, a soil simulation module, a bottom supportmodule and a measurement and analysis module. The external flow blocking module isolates internal machinery from the external flow field, and a conduit soil simulator is prevented from disturb the flow of the external flow field in the test process; the rigidity of a stretching spring in the soil simulation module is adjusted to simulate soil effects in different properties; a knob mounted in oneside of the soil simulation module is used to accurately adjust the pretension of the stretching spring, and a single-component force instrument is connected to measure the magnitude of the pretension; and the measurement and analysis module obtains data of a pulling force value in the two ends of the conduit. The test simulator is portable in structure, easy to dismount, convenient to adjust thepretension in the test process, accurate in measurement data, and capable of simulating the conduit soil system in the real marine environment.
