The top emission type display device is advantaged in that the circuit layer is buried in the insulation layer, the upper surface of the circuit layer is basically level with the uppersurface of the insulation layer, the flat layer is arranged above the insulation layer and the circuit layer, the planarization effect can be better achieved, the flatness of the pixel electrode layer is effectively improved, and thereby light emission uniformity of sub pixels is improved.
