The laser light transmittance testing device comprises a laser light source, which is used for emitting alaser beam of a specified wavelength; a optical component, which comprises a reflecting lens arranged opposite to the laser light source and an attenuation sheet arranged opposite to the reflecting lens and is used for weakening the energy density of the laser beam to be within a preset detection range; a loading device, which is arranged opposite to the attenuation sheet and is used for placing ameasured object with the light transmittance to be measured; and a light detection device, which is used for calculating the energy density of the laser beam and the light transmittance of the measured object. Compared with the prior art, the laser light transmittance testing device provided by the invention uses the laser light source with the same wavelength as a welding light source, the lightemitting characteristic is the same as the welding light source, and the measured light transmittance of the plastic product has more reference significance for the subsequent welding process. Meanwhile, the testing method of the laser light transmittance testing device is simple and quick, and the light transmittance of the plastic product can be quickly obtained.
