The invention provides a differential quantization feedback controller in an aircraft and a control method thereof. The differential quantization feedback controller comprises a flight track quantizer, a digital communication network, a differential signal estimator and a controller in sequential connection, wherein the flight track quantizer is connected with a target tracking system, and quantizes output aircraft flight track detection signals; the digital communication network is used for performing source coding and channel coding on the quantization value generated by the flight track quantizer, and then transmits the result to the differential signal estimator through a wireless channel; the differential signal estimator is used for receiving differential signal information sent by the digital communication network and generating differential estimation signals; and the controller is connected with the differential signal estimator, and realizes the control on a flight power system. The aircraft automatic navigation networked control can be realized; the requirement on the information transmission speed of the digital communication network is effectively reduced; the problemof network bandwidth limitation is solved; and the differential quantization feedback controller and the control method are particularly suitable for the automatic navigation control of a supersonic aircraft.
