The anchor has the following advantages that when the self-cutting knife head cuts a concrete hole, the self-locking key can firmly clamp a conical groove along with increase of torque, and stability and reliability are achieved; and expansion circular holes and expansion force convex points are formed in the middle of the expansion sheet, the expansion circular holes and the expansionforce convex points are arranged in a staggered mode in the circumferential direction, so that stress of the expansion sheet during rotary cutting is reduced.
