Abstract

The invention provides a coal hydrogasification method, which comprises the following steps: a first reaction step: conveying pulverized coal, first hydrogen and oxygen to a first reaction zone of a gasification reaction device to perform a primary hydrogenation thermal decomposition reaction; a second reaction step: performing a semi-coke hydrogenation reaction on semi-coke generated by the primary hydrogenation thermal decomposition reaction and second hydrogen in the primary hydrogenation thermal decomposition reaction in a second reaction zone of the gasification reaction device, wherein the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone are sequentially arranged in the gasification reaction device from top to bottom and communicated with each other; an output step: discharging reaction products generated by the first reaction zone and the second reaction zone. According to the method, the semi-coke generated by the primary hydrogenation thermal decomposition reaction is subjected to the semi-coke hydrogenation reaction with the second hydrogen in the primary hydrogenation thermal decomposition reaction, so that the full reaction of the semi-coke can be ensured, the conversion rate of the semi-coke is improved, and the primary conversion rate of raw coal is further improved, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the coal hydrogenation gasification reaction, and improving the overall economy.
