Problems solved by technology

However, the CG-SHWS technology using MLA still has problems, mainly including: the optical path structure, installation and debugging are relatively complicated; the number of MLA arrays is related to the order of the aberrations that can be detected. Complete, it is difficult to flexibly change the order of aberration detection according to actual needs

Abstract

The invention discloses an AO-OCT imaging system and method based on a coherent gate virtual Shack-Hartman wavefront detection technology. The system comprises a beacon light source, an imaging lightsource, first and second collimating mirrors, first and second dichroscopes, a spectroscope, a wavefront correction device, an actuator, an electric translation platform, a wavefront detection camera,an imaging camera, a computer, a wavefront controller, a signal generation card, first and second image acquisition cards and the like. The coherence gate virtual Shack-Hartman wavefront detection technology is used to detect an aberration of a specific layer in a sample and an AO technology is used to correct the aberration, and a full-field time domain OCT technology is used to carry out high-resolution OCT imaging on the layer. The system can be positioned at any layer in the sample, and through wavefront aberration detection and correction of the layer, the high-resolution imaging of thelayer is realized. The structure and installation and adjustment of the system are simple, an order of the detection aberration can be flexibly adjusted, non-common-path aberrations are reduced, a system size and cost are decreased and so on.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to adaptive optics (AO) technology and optical coherence tomography (OCT) technology, relate in particular to a kind of adaptive optics optical coherence tomography ( AO-OCT) systems and methods. Background technique [0002] Optical coherence tomography (OCT) technology is a technology that uses the principle of low coherence interference to perform high-resolution tomography inside the sample. The outstanding feature of OCT technology is that the lateral resolution δx and longitudinal resolution δz are independent of each other, which are determined by the focusing conditions and the bandwidth of the light source, so it is possible to obtain high δx and high δz at the same time. Therefore, OCT technology has developed rapidly and has been widely used in biological tissue imaging, especially in the fields of ophthalmology and cardiovascular. [0003] When the light beam propagates in the medium, due to the uneven distri...
