Problems solved by technology

The currently recognized effective treatment method is root canal therapy, but after the operation, the coronal defect of the tooth is relatively large, the root canal wall becomes thinner, and the living pulp is lost, which reduces the resistance of the tooth and is prone to tooth fracture.
In addition, the operation of root canal treatment is complicated, the cost is high, the treatment time is long, and there are also risks such as instrument separation and side penetration.

Abstract

The invention discloses berberine powder-liquid paste applied to direct pulp-capping. The berberine powder-liquid paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of berberine, 30-60 parts of ethyl alcohol, 30-45 parts of soya bean lecithin, 30-45 parts of dichloromethane, 25-40 parts of filler, 20-35 parts of a binder, 20-35 parts of an additive, and 30-60 parts of normal saline, wherein a preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: S1: enabling the berberine in the above parts by weight to be dissolved in the ethyl alcohol, heating in 35-50 DEG C to obtain berberine ethyl alcohol solution; S2: enabling the soya bean lecithin in the above parts by weight to be dissolved in the dichloromethane, mixing to obtain soya bean lecithin solution; and S3: adding the berberine ethyl alcohol solution to the soya bean lecithin solution, evaporating to obtain a phospholipid single-layer film. The berberine powder-liquid paste has triple effects of bacteriostatics, anti-inflammatory and induced osteogenesis, has application potential of repairing inflammatory dental pulp, and is worth popularizing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a berberine powder-liquid paste applied directly to pulp capping and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Dental pulp can be exposed and infected due to caries, trauma and other reasons, resulting in irreversible pulpitis. The currently recognized effective treatment method is root canal therapy, but after the operation, the coronal defect of the tooth is relatively large, the root canal wall becomes thinner, and the vital pulp is lost, resulting in a decrease in the resistance of the tooth and prone to tooth fracture. In addition, the operation of root canal treatment is complicated, the cost is high, the treatment time is long, and there are also risks such as instrument separation and side penetration. Therefore, it is the common wish of doctors and patients to explore effective drugs and treatment methods to treat pulpitis under the premise of preserv...
