The cutting and welding integrated device is provided with the electric expansion links and the clamping plates; by adjusting the expansion of the electric expansion links, the clamping plates can clamp a steel structure, and therefore, the cutting and welding integrated device is convenient to use; and meanwhile, one side of each clamping plate is connected to a buffer plate through a buffer spring, so that the damage to the steel structure is prevented, and the property loss isavoided.
