no. 1 example

[0070] Using a Banbury mixer, according to the compounding (parts by mass) shown in Table 1 below, first, in the first mixing stage, compounding ingredients other than sulfur and vulcanization accelerator are added to the diene rubber, and kneading is carried out (discharge temperature = 160°C), and then, in the final mixing stage, sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator were added to the obtained kneaded product and kneaded (discharge temperature = 90°C) to prepare a rubber composition. The details of each component in Table 1 are as follows.

Abstract

Provided is a pneumatic tire in which a rubber composition is used in a tread rubber, a sidewall rubber, or a rim strip. The rubber composition contains a diene rubber, a petroleum-derived wax, a fatty acid metal salt, and a compound represented by formula (I) (in the formula, R1 and R2 each represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, or an alkynyl group, and M+ represents Na+, K+, or Li+), wherein the blended amount of a phenylene diamine anti-degradant is less than one part by mass, and a difference obtained by subtracting the number of carbon atoms in a constituent fatty acid which is contained most abundantly in the fatty acid metal salt from the number of carbon atoms in a hydrocarbon which is contained most abundantly in the petroleum-derived wax is -10 to 8. As a result, the pneumatic tire is inhibited from discoloring to white or reddish brown while maintaining ozone resistance, and thereby has improved appearance.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to a pneumatic tire. Background technique [0002] Waxes and anti-aging agents are added to the rubber compositions that form the tread rubber, sidewall rubber, and rim cover of pneumatic tires in order to suppress deterioration caused by ozone in the air or ultraviolet rays. Waxes and anti-aging agents have an effect of inhibiting deterioration such as ozone resistance, but the rubber surface turns white and reddish-brown due to blooming on the rubber surface, causing discoloration, which constitutes a major cause of poor tire appearance. Therefore, it is required to suppress discoloration such as whitening and reddish-browning while maintaining ozone resistance. [0003] In order to suppress whitening caused by waxes, Patent Document 1 discloses that a natural wax having a low softening point component and a natural wax having a high softening point component are blended into a rubber composition containin...
