Embodiment Construction

[0018] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0019] like figure 1 As shown, the imaging spectrometer based on laminated glass of the present invention includes a relay lens system 11 , an image mapper 12 , a condenser lens 13 , a dispersion unit 14 , a microlens array 15 , and an imaging sensor 16 .

[0020] The relay lens system 11 is composed of an aperture stop and a relay lens, the focal length of the relay lens is f1, the aperture of the stop is D1, the aperture stop is located in front of the relay lens, and is used to limit the aperture of the imaging beam entering the optical system, The relay lens images the optical image on the image mapper 12, so that the size of the point spread function of the image matches the size of the micromirror to ensure the resolution of the image, and the relay lens ensures strict The telecentricity ensures that the imaging rays are parallel to t...

Abstract

The invention relates to an imaging spectrograph based on laminated glass mapping. The imaging spectrograph comprises a relay lens system, an image mapper, a collecting lens, a dispersing unit, a micro-lens array and an imaging sensor. The image mapper is formed by lamination of ultra-thin glass; the end surface of the ultra-thin glass has M*N two-dimensional inclination angles; processing is carried out by steps like lamination and polishing; and the end surfaces of the inclination angles are plated with reflective films. An optical image is imaged on the surface of the image mapper by the relay lens system; the image mapper segments the image and reflects the segmented images; reflected images are emitted in parallel from the collecting lens and are dispersed by the dispersing unit; andthen dispersed light is imaged on the imaging sensor by the micro-lens array to obtain spatial information and spectral information of the images. With the provided imaging spectrograph based on laminated glass mapping, problems of difficult processing and research and high cost of the image mapping type imaging spectroscopy technology are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an imaging spectrometer based on laminated glass mapping, which is suitable for quickly analyzing the spectral conditions of object imaging and belongs to the field of imaging spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] Image-mapping imaging spectrometer is a new generation of spectral imaging technology. It uses image two-dimensional mapping elements to project the primary imaging surface on different two-dimensional space angles in different rows, and then the image information is dispersed on the imaging sensor to complete the different rows. Spectral data acquisition. [0003] Image-mapping imaging spectrometers have important application prospects in biomedicine, remote sensing and environmental monitoring. Fluorescence imaging is an indispensable tool for biological research. In cellular research, a large number of color-coding processes can be quantitatively characterized by staining cells with various fluorophores and...
