A discharge port is formed in the bottom of the material box; the bead scatter comprises a workbin, a partition platelocated in the workbin to divide the workbin into a first cavity and a second cavity, a first discharging pipe communicating to the first cavity, a second discharging pipe communicating to the secondcavity and an opening and closing mechanism which controls the first and second discharging pipes to open and close at the same time. The first discharging pie is closer to the material box relative to the second discharging pipe. Glass beads are placed in the first cavity, ceramic beads are placed in the second cavity and a coating is located in the charging basket.
