Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: selecting seeds having full and healthy grains without wizening or worm damage; soaking the seeds with warm water, soaking with a naphthylacetic acid solution, dressing the soaked seeds with a matrix having 80-100 meshes; establishing a seedbed from mudflat sludge, thoroughly watering 1-1.5 days before sowing, uniformly spreading dressed seeds onto the seedbed, and growing seedlings; selecting seedlings with excellent growth and no disease or insect pest after 35-40 days of sowing, planting on the mudflat sludge substrate, supplying sea water having the concentration of 0.5-0.7 percent, and irrigating with sea water having the concentration of 1.8-2.5 percent; and harvesting in the late December.
