[0025] 1. Materials and methods

[0026] 1. Sample source: 612 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were obtained from surgical resection specimens of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Shanxi Cancer Hospital from May 1995 to May 2004, and the samples were obtained with the informed consent of the patients. Among them, 104 cases were sampled in the first phase and 508 cases were sampled in the second phase. All patients had no preoperative chemotherapy. All cases were independently diagnosed by 3 pathologists, and the pathological types were all esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (WHO classification). The follow-up time ranged from 36 to 100 months, and 180 patients were followed up for more than 3 years, of which 132 patients were followed up for more than 5 years, with a median follow-up time of 62 months; 4 cases relapsed and 39 cases developed distant metastasis. All specimens were confirmed by...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological medicine, provides an application of ZNF750 in screening a targeted medicine for treating esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, provides a novel target for blocking the metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells or inhibiting the change of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells, and provides a treatment clue for patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with ZNF750 variation. The invention provides the application of ZNF750 in screening the targeted medicine for treating the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with ZNF750 gene mutation, deletion, inactivation variation or ZNF750 low expression. The targeted medicine treats the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by inhibiting or blocking angiogenesis-related gene expression of a downstream target gene of ZNF750. The detection of ZNF750 mutation can divide the patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma into two groups of mutant type and wild type, and the medicine targeted to KDR can provide effective treatment selection for the patients with ZNF750 inactivation variationand improve the clinical prognosis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to the use of ZNF750 in screening targeted drugs for treating esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Background technique [0002] Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world. my country is the country with the highest morbidity and mortality rate of esophageal cancer. The highest incidence rate is in the Taihang Mountains at the junction of Hebei and Hebei. Different from western countries, 90% of the histological types of esophageal cancer in my country are squamous cell carcinoma, and most patients are already in the middle and late stages when they are diagnosed, the disease progresses rapidly, the prognosis is poor, and the 5-year survival rate is only about 10%. At present, the treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is still dominated by surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but patients who cannot be det...
