Embodiment Construction

[0032] Such as Figure 1-8 As shown, a device for step-by-step grouting of microorganisms to strengthen sand and soil includes a first sealing plug 1, a first glass cylinder 3, a second sealing plug 4, a third sealing plug 6, a second glass cylinder 7, and a fourth sealing plug. Sealing plug 8, beaker 9, stand 10, second wool tube 11. The depth at which the second woolen tube 11 of the device of the present invention enters the sand sample in the second glass cylinder 7 is adjustable, and the position of the clamp on the stand 10 is adjustable. The entire device requires complete sealing for uniform pressure grouting in subsequent tests.

[0033] The upper and lower ends of the first glass cylinder 3 are respectively put into the first sealing plug 1 and the second sealing plug 4, and the first glass cylinder 3 is fixed above the stand 10 by the first fixing clip 2;

[0034] The first sealing plug 1 is inserted with a first woolen tube 5;

Abstract

Provided are a device and method for microbe stepped grouting to strengthen sand. The device comprises a first sealing plug, a first glass cylinder, a second sealing plug, a third sealing plug, a second glass cylinder, a fourth sealing plug, a beaker and a gantry. The first sealing plug and the second sealing plug are respectively placed on the upper and lower ends of the first glass cylinder, andthe first glass cylinder is fixed above the gantry by a first fixing clip. A plurality of drilling holes are formed in the second sealing plug, and second capillary tubes penetrate through each of the drilling holes. The third sealing plug and the fourth sealing plug are respectively placed on the upper and lower ends of the second glass cylinder. The plurality of second capillary tubes sequentially penetrate through the second sealing plug, the third sealing plug and the second glass cylinder from top to bottom, and the plurality of second capillary tubes protrude from the upper end surfaceof the second sealing plug. The device changes a test device to better solve the problem of a CaCO3 precipitation blocking a seepage channel in order to obtain a better grouting strengthening effect.The operation method of the device is simple, and the device is simple and easy to manufacture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a device and method for step-by-step microbial grouting reinforcement of sandy soil, and relates to the field of microbial grouting reinforcement (MICP). Background technique [0002] Microbial activities in the soil can change the physical properties of the soil. Geotechnical engineering problems can be solved by controlling, strengthening and utilizing these activities. Microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation MICP (microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation) is an emerging field of geotechnical engineering with high Applied Prospect Technology. This technology is used in: anti-seepage of dams, treatment of road cracks, repair of cultural relics and concrete cracks, treatment of tailings and garbage, solidification of deserts and many other fields. The principle of this technology is that microorganisms can grow, migrate and reproduce in porous media. During the grouting process, the microbial cell surface ad...
