The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, filtering water purification sludge by using an iron screen, carrying out drying, grinding and sieving to obtain water purification sludge, and firing the water purification sludge to obtained fired water purification sludge; and step 2, mixing calcium peroxide powder, the fired water purification sludge and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate to prepare the mixed material. A dry feeding mode is adopted; whenthe concentration of suspended solids is less than or equal to 200 mg / L, the feeding amount is 10-15 g / m<3>; when the concentration of suspended solids is greater than 200 mg / L and less than or equalto 500 mg / L, the feeding amount is 20-25 g / m<3>; and when the concentration of suspended solids is larger than 500 mg / L, the feeding amount is 40-50 g / m<3>.
