Abstract

The light-emitting element provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a plurality of light-emitting structures disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein a charge generating layer is disposed between every two adjacent light-emitting structures; each charge generating layer includes a P-type charge generating layer and an N-type charge generating layer; the material of the P-type charge generating layer is the same as the material of a hole injection layer in one of the two adjacent light-emitting structures, and/or the material of the N-type charge generating layer is the same as the material of the electron transport layer in the other one of the two adjacent light-emitting structures. The light-emitting element reduces a electron and hole transport barrier so as to decrease in driving voltage and power consumption and prolong the service life of the display device.
