Abstract

The cultivation method is as follows: the trichoderma harzianum M-33 is inoculated on a potato dextrose agar plate medium to be cultured in the dark. The trichoderma harzianum M-33 is applied in improving potato emergence rate, promoting potato plant growth and preventing and controlling potato black scurf. The use method is as follows: 190-210 parts by weight of trichoderma harzianum M-33 fermentation liquid is poured into a damp heat-sterilization wheat straw carrier to be fermented, then a fermented product is mixed with the soil, and the mixture is applied into a seeding ditch. A micro-ecology principle is used, straw is used as the carrier to assist colonization of the trichoderma strain in the soil, prevention and treatment effects of the trichoderma strain on potato soil-borne diseases are improved, and an applicationbasis for technology research of potato soil-borne disease biological prevention and control is provided.
