The invention discloses a platycladus orientalis extract-containing composition as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The composition comprises the following components by weight: 10-25 parts of extracting solution A, 5-15 parts of a feed liquid E, and 65-85 parts of a feed liquid F; the preparation method of the various components is as follows: (1) extracting a platycladusorientalis leaf by using polyalcohol and/or acetone, to obtain the extracting solution A and a filtrate; (2) extracting the filtrate in the step (1) by using an alcoholic solution, to obtain an extracting solution B and a filtrate; (3) extracting the filtrate in the step (2) with water, to obtain an extracting solution C; (4) concentrating the extracting solution B until no alcohol is left, and then mixing with the extracting solution C, to obtain a feed solution D; (5) processing the feed solution D through column chromatography, collecting a water eluent, and concentrating, to obtain a feedsolution E; collecting an alcoholic eluent, and concentrating until no alcohol is left, to obtain a feed solution F.
