Abstract

The invention provides a method for evaluating the sensitization of a mesenchymal stem cell preparation and the application thereof and relates to the biologically technical field. The method comprises the following steps: immunizing animals by using the mesenchymal stem cell preparation, wherein the immunized animals are divided into a low-dose group and a high-dose group; then dividing the sensitization of the mesenchymal stem cell preparation into preset levels according to symptoms of the immunized animals. The invention further provides a reasonable drug dosage at low and high doses, solves the problem of inaccurate evaluation results caused by unreasonable dosage and alleviates the lack of a method for effectively evaluating the sensitization of the mesenchymal stem cell preparationin the prior art.
