According to the fireproof and floodproof outdoor electrical control cabinet device, the lifting device is arranged inside the cabinet body; lifting rods and limiting rods are arrangedon two sides of the lifting device in a sleeving manner; the lifting rods rotate under the driving of a motor to realize rise up and fall off of the lifting device, so as to avoid the influence caused by impounded water on the electrical component and guarantee the use safety of the electrical component; an air compressor is arranged on a connecting plate, and the air compressor is connected witha fire extinguishing disk through an air conveying pipe; and the air compressor extinguishes fire of the electrical component by high-pressure air, so as to avoid further damage to the electrical component.
