Problems solved by technology

The amount of pesticides used in agricultural products in my country remains high, and the unreasonable use of these substances will inevitably lead to excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products, affecting the safety of consumers, and in severe cases, it will cause consumers to become ill, develop abnormally, and even directly lead to poisoning die
[0003] In the prior art, when the pesticide content of crops is detected by the tissue crushing method, manual crushing is generally used, which is time-consuming and laborious; and when the staff detects the pesticide content, they simply cut the crops into pieces, and then take samples for detection. This method does not sufficiently mash the crops, which affects the final detection results

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention.

[0021] refer to Figure 1-3 , a rapid detection instrument for pesticide residues by tissue smashing method, including a housing 1. It should be noted that a side door is opened outside the housing 1, and a processing box 2 is fixedly connected to the inside of the housing 1. It is worth mentioning that the processing box 2 has a side door on the outside, which is convenient for cleaning the inside of the processing box 2. A rough machining mechanism 3 is provided in the processing box 2. Specifically, the rough machining mechanism 3 includes a first rotating shaft 7 coaxially fixedly connected with the drive shaft of the motor 4. , the lower end of the first rotatin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue mashing method-based rapid pesticide residue detector. The detector comprises a shell; a processing box is fixedly connected in the shell; a rough processing mechanismis arranged in the processing box; a motor is fixedly connected to the upper end of the shell; a mashing mechanism is arranged at the bottom in the shell; and the motor is in transmission connectionwith the mashing mechanism through a first transmission mechanism. By arranging the processing mechanism, crops can be roughly processed, so that the crops can be subjected to tissue mashing; the crops can be fully mashed after being roughly processed, so that the situation that a detection result is not accurate is reduced; and by arranging the motor, the first transmission mechanism and a secondtransmission mechanism, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft can be driven to rotate at the same time, so that the effect of multi-time processing is achieved, and the detection precision is improved. According to the detector, the crops needing to be detected are mashed fully, so that the detection inaccuracy is greatly reduced, and the operation is simple.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide detection, in particular to a rapid detection instrument for pesticide residues by tissue smashing method. Background technique [0002] The development of agricultural industrialization makes the production of agricultural products more and more dependent on exogenous substances such as pesticides, antibiotics and hormones. The amount of pesticides used in agricultural products in my country remains high, and the unreasonable use of these substances will inevitably lead to excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products, affecting the safety of consumers, and in severe cases, it will cause consumers to become ill, develop abnormally, and even directly lead to poisoning die. [0003] In the prior art, when the pesticide content of crops is detected by the tissue crushing method, manual crushing is generally used, which is time-consuming and laborious; and when the staff detects the pestici...
