Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, in the related fields of orchard technology, the fruit picking operation is mainly completed by manpower, and the labor load of the staff is large, the work efficiency is low, and the consumption cost is high. It is a time-consuming and laborious task.
Although some picking technologies and recognition technologies have been applied, there are generally related problems such as single application, low recognition rate and non-intelligence
[0004] Therefore, in order to solve the increase in the internal workload of the orchard, and the work efficiency of the orchard cannot meet the output standard, it is necessary to propose an orchard intelligent system for automatic identification, classification and picking of fruits to relieve the pressure of the orchard. It is expected to liberate the fruit growers by picking different types of fruits separately, so that the fruit growers do not need to spend energy on this single work

Embodiment approach

[0016] (1) Collect images of the fruits in the orchard.

[0017] (2) Process the collected images to separate the fruit from the background.

[0018] (3) Determine the type of fruit.

[0019] (4) Judging the maturity of the fruit.

[0020] (5) Determine whether to pick fruit.

[0021] 1. The orchard intelligent system for automatic identification, classification and picking of fruits, the above-mentioned "(1) Image collection of fruits in the orchard": the fruit image collection link in the present invention is mainly composed of an image shooting part and an information transmission part. The image shooting part is to use industrial cameras to take real-time shots of the environment in the orchard, and at the same time adjust the orientation, height, and angle of the cameras. And combined with the natural environment at that time, the necessary parameters such as the focal length, aperture and sensitivity of the camera were reasonably set to ensure the authenticity and int...

Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent system for fruit automatic identification, classification and picking, which comprises three tasks: identification of fruit, classification of different varieties and picking. The main tasks are as follows. First, industrial cameras are used to take real-time images in the region. The images are preprocessed, and the edge contour extraction method and the like are used to identify the fruit in the images, so that the fruit features are separated. Secondly, the images are judged through the neural network to determine the kind of the fruit. Then the fruitmaturity is identified by the color identification method. Finally, the fruit information, such as location, type and maturity, is sent to the picking equipment, and the automatic analysis is carriedout by the picking equipment to complete the picking task according to the information. According to the intelligent system for fruit automatic identification, classification and picking, the intelligent auxiliary fruit picking system is provided, thereby classifying the fruit, and picking the fruit with the identifying maturity method and the like. According to the intelligent system for fruit automatic identification, classification and picking, human resources are saved, work efficiency is improved, thereby being of great significance to the agricultural development, and having a great prospect of popularization. Figure 1 shows the system flowchart.
