Abstract

The invention provides a probiotic composition with the effect of preventing and treating inflammatory bowel diseases and application thereof. Per 100g of the probiotic composition is prepared from 1to 8g of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 1 to 8g of bifidobacterium animalis, 1 to 5g of bifidobacterium longum, 28 to 50g of resistant dextrin, 3 to 14g of banana powder, 30 to 52g of galactooligosaccharideand 5 to 15g of fructo-oligose. The lactobacillus rhamnosus, bifidobacterium animalis and bifidobacterium longum are used as probiotics to be mixed with resistant dextrin, galactooligosaccharide andfructo-oligose; a proper amount of the banana powder is matched; particularly, specific strains of the lactobacillus rhamnosus, bifidobacterium animalis and bifidobacterium longum are selected in a further matching way; the probiotic composition with the specific recipe is formed.
