Abstract

The present invention discloses a method and a system for implementation of vehicle location navigation through adoption of visual light wireless communication. The method comprises the steps of: receiving position information of a current vehicle sent by a passenger information server through an illumination terminal; coding the position information; sending the coded position information to a drive power source of the illumination terminal; controlling a LED lamp of the illumination terminal to emit LiFi signals to a client by the drive power source, wherein the LiFi signals comprise coded position information; and decoding the received LiFi signals by the client, and obtaining the position information of the current vehicle. The method and the system for implementation of vehicle location navigation through adoption of visual light wireless communication can achieve location navigation with no need for the GPS, and are convenient to use, fully utilize the known devices to obtain theposition information, are low in cost and easy to implement, and are suitable for location navigation of the subway vehicle.
