Problems solved by technology

[0004] Problems and deficiencies in the current pump cavitation judgment method: Cavitation judgment and state evaluation are not carried out in different ways according to the occurrence of cavitation under different working conditions. The classification of cavitation state is not clear, the evaluation standard is single, and the reliability is low, resulting in low accuracy and sensitivity of cavitation judgment

Abstract

A method for determining cavitation and evaluating conditions of a vane pump and a system thereof are disclosed. The method includes the following steps: collecting pump inlet and outlet pressure, liquid-borne noise and solid-borne vibration and flow rate, selecting the cavitation judgement mode according to the flow rate condition; under the constant flow rate condition, determining the total value threshold of solid-borne vibration and liquid-borne noise cavitation signal by the test method, and putting forward the cavitation judgement method using the total value method, which has higher reliability and accuracy than the traditional cavitation judgement method; obtaining the frequency range with high sensitivity to cavitation in variable flow condition, determining the threshold value of cavitation frequency band, and using the method of frequency band broadband value to determine cavitation. The invention has the advantages of strong anti-interference, high reliability, accurate evaluation standard, high cavitation sensitivity, strong applicability, convenient operation and the like, and can effectively improve the operation reliability of the pump, reduce the damage of the cavitation to the pump and prolong the working life of the pump.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of pump cavitation research, and in particular relates to a vane pump cavitation judgment and state evaluation method and system thereof. Background technique [0002] As a general machine, the pump is mainly used to convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the energy of the liquid. There are many kinds of pumps, which are widely used in various fields of national economy such as drainage and irrigation, petrochemical industry, aerospace, fire safety, water conservancy engineering and so on. It can be said that wherever there is liquid flow, there are pumps working. However, as a relatively mature general-purpose machine, the cavitation problem has become one of the main factors limiting its development. The generation of cavitation not only reduces the hydraulic performance of the pump, but also causes cavitation to the flow-passing parts, which affects the stability and reliability of the pump operatio...
