Abstract

The device comprises a solar simulator (5), wherein the solar simulator (5) is installed ina vacuum tank (1), a two-dimensional movement mechanism (3) is arranged on the solar simulator (5) in the irradiation direction, a silicon photocell (4) is installed on a sliding block of the two-dimensional movement mechanism (3), and the silicon photocell (4) and the two-dimensional movement mechanism (3) are connected with a controller (8). Compared with the prior art, the irradiation uniformity of the solar simulator can be measured just through one silicon photocell, and the situation that measurement results of different silicon photocells are different due to a temperature difference and other factors, and consequently irradiation uniformity measurement is not accurate is eliminated; and by the adoption of temperature control modules, the influence of a vacuum low-temperature environment on the silicon photocell and motors is eliminated.
