Problems solved by technology

However, in reality, it often happens that the actual pre-tightening force of the bolts is not enough or too large, so that the connection strength deviation of the connecting parts is too large and leakage occurs at the seal, or the bolts are damaged due to excessive pre-tightening force. The reason is that The required pretightening force is calculated by empirical formula, but the actual value is unknown, and there is a certain error between the theoretical calculation value and the actual value
The current test system that can test the K value of fasteners does not eliminate factors such as the reaction arm in the fastening process, which is likely to cause test errors and cannot accurately provide parameters during fastening construction

Abstract

The invention relates to a test system for determining a fastening construction scheme. The system comprises two flanges, a to-be-tested fastener, a fastening tool and a pressure sensor; a detection head of the pressure sensor is arranged between the two flanges; and a bolt in the to-be-tested fastener runs through the holes of the flanges and a hole of the pressure sensor. The system further comprises a fixed counter-force arm gasket and a fixed counter-force arm sleeve; the fixed counter-force arm gasket is arranged on the bolt in a sleeving mode and is located below a nut on one side; and the upper side of the fixed counter-force arm sleeve is connected with one end of the fastening tool. According to the test system disclosed by the invention, by simulating a construction site, a pre-tightening force of the bolt with a load can be accurately measured, and a working state of the fastening tool can be accurately recorded; and the fastening operation is performed on the basis of the measured pre-tightening force and working state of the fastening tool during construction, so that the pre-tightening force, meeting the construction requirement, of the fastener can be guaranteed, andthe leakage of equipment due to unfirm connection and sealing failure caused by a deviation of the pre-tightening force is prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fastening, in particular to a test system for determining a fastening construction scheme. Background technique [0002] The use of fasteners (such as bolts) to connect pipes is very common in construction. According to the parameters of the pipes to be connected (pipe diameter, material, etc.), the design institute determines the specifications of the required flanges (number of holes, thickness, material, etc.), and then determines the specifications of the required bolts (diameter, material, etc.), and The pre-tightening force that the bolt needs to achieve, the construction unit applies torque to the bolt through a wrench to generate the corresponding pre-tightening force during construction. Theoretically, the required preload F can be achieved by applying the corresponding torque. However, in reality, it often happens that the actual pre-tightening force of the bolts is not enough or too large, so...
