Embodiment 1

[0025] (1) Collect semi-lignified perfume rose branches before 10 am on May 28, 2017, and most of the buds on them are well developed; quickly bring the branches back to the cutting greenhouse, and spray a small amount of water with a sprayer to prevent the branches from dehydrating.

[0026] (2) Except for the weak part at the top, use sharp branch scissors to cut the branches into cuttings with a length of about 7cm, including 2 internodes and corresponding bud eyes. Bud eyes 0.3-0.6cm. At the same time, cut off the leaves located in the lower internodes, and keep the leaves in the upper internodes as much as possible.

[0027] (3) Immerse the base of cuttings cut in step (2) into the newly prepared 500ppm indole acetic acid solution as soon as possible to a depth of 1-2cm for 10 minutes.

[0028] (4) Insert the perfume rose cuttings soaked in 500ppm indole acetic acid solution in step (3) as soon as possible into the plug tray filled with the substrate (perlite: peat = 2:1...

Embodiment 2

[0033](1) On May 28, 2018, dissolve indole acetic acid (IAA) crystalline powder with a small amount of absolute ethanol to make a 2000ppm mother solution and store it in shading. On May 29, it was diluted with pure water to a 500ppm solution.

[0034] (2) On May 29, the perlite and peat were wetted with water and mixed according to the volume ratio of 2:1 to form a cutting matrix, which was installed in a 50-hole hole tray, and the hole tray was placed on the seedbed of the cutting shed. The substrate must not have stagnant water.

[0035] (3) From 9:30 am to 10:00 am on May 30, semi-lignified branches of the perfume rose were collected in the rose wild resource garden. Most of the bud eyes on the branches were well developed but no new shoots were drawn. Take the branches back to the cutting greenhouse quickly, and spray a small amount of water with a sprayer to prevent water loss.

[0036] (4) Remove the thin and weak parts at the top, and use sharp branch scissors to cut t...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for promoting rooting of cuttings for tea roses and root system growth. The method comprises the following steps: at the end of May, collecting semi-lignified raw branches of tea roses this year, cutting branches to be cuttings, soaking cutting bases to a heteroauxing solution of 500 ppm, inserting processed cuttings to a substrate, regulating illumination, temperature and humidity of a cuttage shed in order to control pests and diseases, and starting rooting of cuttings after 20-25 days, and potting cuttings for transplantation after 30-35 days. Rooting of cuttings for tea roses and root system growth are effectively promoted so that seeding formation is quickened and seedling quality is increased. The difficulty in cutting propagation of tea roses is avoided. Through promotion of cuttings for tea roses and root system growth, tea rose seedlings are harvested.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for promoting rooting and root system growth of perfume rose cuttings, belonging to the technical field of plant propagation. Background technique [0002] Perfume rose ( Rosa odorata (Andr.) Sweet) is Rosaceae (Rosaceae) Rosaceae ( Rosa L.) Rose Group (Section Chinenses Candolle ex Seringe) plants planted containing the original variety ( R. odorata var. odorata ), Big Flower Perfume Rose ( R. odorata var. gigantea ), orange perfume rose ( R. odorata var. pseudoindica ) and pink perfume rose ( R. odorata var. erubescens ) 4 variants. The original variety of Perfume Rose is an evergreen or semi-evergreen woody climbing shrub, up to 3-4m high, with solitary or 2-3 clustered flowers, 3-8cm in diameter, double petals, white and slightly powdery flowers, very fragrant, It has high ornamental value and is a very important landscaping plant and rose germplasm resource. The original variety of Perfume...
