The anesthetic transportation method specifically comprises the following steps of (1) preparation of an anesthetic liquid, wherein ethyl alcohol and eugenol are mixed according to the volume ratio of ethyl alcohol to eugenol equaling of 10 to 1; (2) preparation before transportation, wherein eriocheir sinensis is fished out from water and tightly bundled up with ropes; (3) implementation of transportation, wherein the mixed anesthetic liquid in step (1) is uniformly mixed with the water to obtain a mixed solution, the bundled-up eriocheir sinensis in step (2) is put into the mixed solution to be soaked for 30 seconds, then taken out and put into a foam box; a piece of dry ice is put into the foam box, the prepared anesthetic liquid in step (1) is dripped onto the dry ice, then the foam box is sealed and placed on a place where the sun cannot irradiate directly for transportation.
