The test method comprises the following steps: putting a cured mortar block to be tested into a standard laboratory for static drying for 0.5h, and uniformly coating the inner wall of an impermeability test mold with mixed sealant, wherein the thickness of the mixed sealant is 1 to 2mm; then, pressing the mortar block into the impermeability test mold with a press to form a mortar test block, extruding colloid from the upper and lower crevices of the mortar test block, and carrying out a coating operation again if crevices occur in the mortar test block; and keeping the bottom surface of the mortar test block into which the mortar block is pressed parallel to the bottom surface of the impermeability test mold, scraping the colloid extruded from the crevices above and below the mortar test block, and carrying out an impermeability test after 2 hours in the laboratory, wherein the mixed sealant is prepared bymixing acetic silicone sealant and fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement in a weight ratio of 2 to 1.
