Problems solved by technology

[0004] According to the current research status and patent situation, the following problems can be found: (1) The piezoelectric material is simply pasted on the surface of the measured structure, and the influence of other factors on the electromechanical impedance cannot be ruled out, and the measurement accuracy needs to be improved; (2) The measured structure Usually the shape is complex, which leads to the complex relationship between electromechanical impedance and structural mechanical impedance, and it is difficult to establish an effective theoretical prediction model; (3) The measurement results are mostly qualitative indicators, and there is still a lack of quantitative expression of the damage state

Abstract

The invention discloses a corrosion sensor which comprises a piezoelectric ceramic piece, an iron sheet, a first filled layer, a second filled layer, an outer shell and a shielded conductor, wherein the bottom surface of the piezoelectric ceramic piece is bonded to the top surface of the iron sheet, the top surface and the lateral side of the piezoelectric ceramic piece are coated by epoxy resin to form protection layers, the piezoelectric ceramic piece which is bonded and protected and the iron sheet are arranged in the outer shell, the first filled layer is arranged between the piezoelectricceramic piece and the outer shell, the second filled layer is arranged between the iron sheet and the outer shell, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the top surface and the bottom surfaceof the outer shell, a wire outlet is arranged on the lateral side of the outer shell, one end of the shielded conductor is connected with the piezoelectric ceramic piece, and the other end of the shielded conductor is guided out of the wire outlet. When the corrosion sensor disclosed by the invention is used for monitoring corrosion of an anchoring system, effects of other factors to electromechanical impedance are eliminated; thus, measurement accuracy is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering, in particular to a rust sensor. Background technique [0002] Anchorage systems are widely used in civil engineering structures such as tunnels, slopes, prestressed concrete, and cable bridges. Steel strands, steel bars, anchor rods, etc. are the most critical and fragile load-bearing components of the anchorage system. Under the combined action of high stress, complex loads, rainwater, and environmental corrosive media, corrosion damage will inevitably occur in the anchorage system, which seriously threatens the durability and safe service performance of the structure. Therefore, the research on corrosion monitoring of anchorage system has been paid more and more attention. The current monitoring methods for anchorage system corrosion are mostly visual detection, ultrasonic testing and optical fiber sensing technology. The visual detection method needs to disassemble the anchoring s...
