Embodiment Construction

[0033] The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, obviously, the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0034] The testing method that the present invention adopts comprises the following steps:

[0035] 1) Take out the newly unpacked children's mask, and firmly wear it on the children's simulation head model 1 according to the manufacturer's instructions. The children's simulation head model 1 is designed according to different age groups with a 1:1 real-life size ratio. A series of artificial headforms, the dimensions of the series of artificial headforms are 80% to 95% of the corresponding sizes of the standard adult headforms, and one of the s...

Abstract

The invention discloses a test method for the protective effect of a children's mouth mask. The test method comprises the following steps: 1) wearing the children's mouth mask on a children's simulated head mould which can be divided into a series of stimulated head moulds for different ages, wherein each dimension is 80%-95% of the corresponding dimension of a standard adult head mould, and the series of stimulated head moulds comprises a stimulated head mould for a low-age group, a stimulated head mould for a high-age group and at least one stimulated head mould for a middle-age group, wherein the low-age group is more than or equal to three years old, and the high-age group is less than or equal to 14 years; 2) testing the protective effect, at the series of the stimulated head moulds,of the mouth mask by utilizing a test bin, a breathing stimulator and an aerosol concentration monitoring device; and 3) combining protective effect data measured on the series of stimulated head moulds of the mouth mask, and taking the minimum value of the protective effect as the protective effect of the sample. The test method performs protective effect test on the series of the stimulated headmoulds for children of different age groups, can solve the problem that the protective effect of the children's mouth mask cannot be tested, and is high in accuracy of detected results.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detection of respiratory protection products, in particular to a detection method for the protective effect of children's masks. Background technique [0002] Children's masks are respiratory protection products mainly for children aged 3-14. Unlike adult masks, which have strict industry standards, children's masks have no national or world standards. At present, neither China nor the United States have issued standards or testing requirements for children's masks. The reason for this is that the faces of children during their rapid growth and development are so different that it is impossible to generalize them by age, weight or gender. Therefore, the quality of respiratory protective equipment such as children's masks on the market is uneven. Consumers do not know how to identify or choose suitable children's protective masks, and producers do not know what means or standards to use to test and measu...
