Abstract

The invention relates to a method for batch preparation of a large-pore nanofiber membrane. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a spinning solution needed by preparing the nanofiber membrane is prepared; 2, a second air pump connected with a roller through a second gas-guide tube is switched on, the second air pump conveys gas into the roller until the gas in the roller is uniform; 3,the prepared spinning solution is poured into a spraying device, a first air pump connected with the spraying device through a first gas-guide tube is switched on, the first air pump conveys gas intothe spraying device until stable bubbles are generated in the spraying device, a high voltage power supply is turned on, voltage is adjusted until electrostatic spinning is conducted on the surfacesof the bubbles. Accordingly, by arranging a receiving device to be a roller, the effects that nanofiber is collected to the maximum extent, and waste of resources is reduced are achieved. The method is simple in step and convenient to operate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing large-aperture nanofiber membranes in batches, and belongs to the field of electrospinning. Background technique [0002] The preparation of ultrafine fibers by electrospinning technology is one of the most important research contents in the field of materials at present. Due to the advantages of relatively simple electrospinning device, easy operation and control, many polymers that can be spun, and low cost, it has become the main way to effectively prepare ultrafine fiber materials. Among them, the nanofibrous scaffold prepared by electrospinning has a great advantage. It is similar to the structure of natural extracellular matrix, and its three-dimensional structure can make cells fully differentiated. It has a good role as a tissue engineering scaffold in the field of tissue engineering. application prospects. As a carrier for cell growth and reproduction, tissue engineering scaffolds require a por...
