The spoke penetrating and inserting device comprises a feeding assembly, a spoke guiding assembly and a penetrating and inserting assembly; the feeding assembly is provided with an inner cavity used for containing spokes, and the bottom of the innercavity is provided with a falling port; a plurality of first sliding grooves which are parallel to one another are formed in the spoke guiding assembly at equal intervals, and the spokes can fall intothe first sliding grooves from the falling port and can slide out of the first sliding grooves from end openings of the first sliding grooves; and the penetrating and inserting assembly comprises aninserting plate and a driving piece, second sliding grooves are formed in the inserting plate, when the second sliding grooves intersect with the spoke guiding assembly under driving of an inserting plate driving piece, the second sliding grooves and the first sliding grooves are staggered to form penetrating and inserting positions, and each penetrating and inserting position is used for containing the single spoke so that the spoke in each penetrating and inserting position can penetrate into an inserting hole in a hole plate correspondingly.
