The gearbox cooling system comprises a gearbox body, a first thermostat, a second thermostat, an air-cooled oil cooler and a water-cooled oil cooler. Engine oil flowing of the gearbox body and the air-cooled oil cooler is controlled through the firstthermostat. When a gearbox is started and warmed up, engine oil in the gearbox body is not cooled, and the warming-up speed of engine coolant is increased. In addition, when the air-cooled oil coolercannot meet the cooling requirements, engine oil flowing of a gearbox oil inlet pipe and the water-cooled oil cooler is controlled through the second thermostat, so that the cooling efficiency of theengine oil is improved through the added water-cooled oil cooler. The technical problems that cooling efficiency is low, and vehicles are high in oil consumption when started again after not working for a long time in the prior art are alleviated. The temperature of the coolant is controlled more precisely, and an engine and the gearbox can work in a proper temperature range under various workingconditions.
