Abstract

The invention discloses an across-organization collaborative share system and method based on groups, and belongs to the technology of internet information. In a group of openness and cooperation organization, any one of organizations, departments or groups establishes an openness group through a cloud; group members are divided into four types and four levels including persons in charge, expert advisers, organization members and trainees or auditors; external members voluntarily request for adding into the openness group; and a group person in charge manages daily works of the group members through registration and report and grants the group members to execute collaborative share of information, resources, classes, tasks and activity in approval monitoring of hierarchical management. According to the across-organization collaborative share system and method disclosed by the invention, collaborative shear of across-organizations is promoted, the working efficiency of the organizationsis promoted, the operation cost of the organizations is reduced, and information security and intellectual property of the organizations are protected.
