The organic waste crushing and recycling device for agricultural production comprises a base, wherein the two sides of the top outer wall of the base are fixed with electric control sliding rails through screws, and the innerwalls of the two electric control sliding rails are separately in sliding connection with two first hydraulic rods; second hydraulic rods are fixed at the four corners of the bottom outer wall of thebase, and the bottom outer wall of each second hydraulic rod is fixed with a bottom plate through a bolt; the bottom outer wall of each bottom plate is fixed with a universal wheel through a screw; and the bottom outer wall of the base is fixed with 8-10 equidistantly evenly distributed shock absorption columns through screws.
