The method includes: when the X-ray detector is at a first position, acquiring an angiography image sequence collected by the X-ray detector and containing multiple angiography images; analyzing the angiography image sequence to acquire a flowing path of a contrast medium; when the circumstance that the contrast medium is about to flow out a collection range of the X-ray detector is determined according to the flowing path, controlling the X-ray detector to move to a second position toenable the contrast medium to be constantly within a collection range; acquiring a mask image when the X-ray detector is at a second position; utilizing the mask image to generate a DSA image. The invention further discloses an angiography device, system and equipment and a storage medium. The image of the contrast medium is ensured to be constantly within the collection range of the X-ray detector by automatically controlling movement of the X-ray detector, so that the method is convenient and quick in realization mode, and angiography efficiency can be improved.
