Abstract

The present invention provides an adhesive composition having antistatic properties, excellent balance of adhesive force at low peeling speed and high peeling speed, long pot life, durability and reworkability. The binder composition includes: (A) at least one of (meth)acrylate monomers whose alkyl carbon atoms are C4-C18 and (B) hydroxyl-containing monomers as a copolymerizable monomer group. 100 parts by weight of copolymers of copolymerizable monomers; (C) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of isocyanate compounds with more than two functions; (D) 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of crosslinking catalysts for metal chelates; (E) keto-enol 0.1-200 parts by weight of tautomeric compounds; and 0.05-5 parts by weight of ionic compounds whose melting point is 25-50°C as (F) antistatic agent, and the ratio of parts by weight of (E) / (D) is 70~700.
