Abstract

An organic light-emitting diode display device includes a bottom substrate, an insulating layer, a bottom electrode, an organic layer, a top electrode, a top substrate, and an optical blocking layer.The insulating layer is disposed on the bottom substrate. The bottom electrode is disposed on the insulating layer, and the bottom electrode is made of a transparent conductive material or a semitransparent conductive material. The top electrode is disposed on the organic layer, and the top electrode is made of a transparent conductive material or a semitransparent conductive material. The top substrate is disposed on the top electrode, and the top substrate corresponds to the bottom electrode to function as a package structure.
