Abstract

The invention discloses a loading device for a light elastic test of a gear model. The loading device comprises a mounting frame. A first seat assembly and a second seat assembly are arranged side byside on the mounting frame, and the first seat assembly is provided with a driving gear model for applying a torque load. The second bearing assembly comprises a second bearing seat connected with themounting frame, a second mounting shaft arranged in the second bearing seat, and a second rotating piece for limiting the second mounting shaft to rotate in a direction of the torque load applied tothe second mounting shaft. The second mounting shaft is arranged in the second bearing seat through a second rotating piece, and the outer circle of the second mounting shaft is fixedly provided witha driving gear model which is meshed with the driving gear model. The mounting frame is also provided with an angle adjuster which is connected with the second mounting shaft. The loading device can accurately control the position of the meshing angle, has the advantages of small additional moment of loading, good stability and economy, convenient assembly and disassembly and use, and can be applied to the test research of the photoelastic gear.
